Carton Rebate

• For each CPMA carton purchased, clinic will receive a $25 rebate.
• No limit on rebate earned through the offer period.
• Offer valid January 1, 2024 – December 31, 2024.

Success Story Rebate

• For each parvo success story submitted to Elanco, clinic will receive a $25 rebate.
• No limit on rebate earned through the offer period, subject to the limitation below.
• Offer valid January 1, 2024 – December 31, 2024 or until $1 million in parvo success story rebates are issued, whichever comes first.

Additional Terms and Conditions

• Multiple qualifying purchases during the program period are accepted.
• This offer is open to veterinary clinics, practices, and hospitals in the US only.
• Corporate veterinary accounts who operate under a contract with Elanco are not eligible to participate in the Parvo Defenders Club rebate. Accounts cannot be on corporate veterinary contract at any point during the quarter to be eligible. To confirm eligibility, please contact your Elanco Sales Representative.
• Shelter and University accounts who operate under a contract with Elanco are not eligible to participate in the Parvo Defenders Club rebate.
• The Parvo Defenders Club rebate is administered at the parent account level.
• Rebates (in the aggregate) will be issued in the form of a check and mailed within 8-10 weeks of the end of each quarter throughout the program period.
• Elanco, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to modify or terminate this offer at any time.
